The person behind Majamai

Majamai comes from two words: maju, to move forward, and damai, calm. Calm, forward progress. It's how I run a project and how I run a business.

I grew up between Indonesia, Malaysia, and Laos, then trained as an engineer in the States. That path taught me the same lesson from two directions: real progress is steady, not frantic.

For twelve years I've turned messy operations into shipped results, from the plant floor at J.R. Simplot to global food and confectionery programs. Today I do that work two ways: as a fractional packaging and project leader for growing manufacturers, and as an owner who buys good businesses and runs them for the long term.

The through-line is simple. Engineering and good packaging, used well, cut waste, lift food safety, and leave things better than I found them.
